It has been many years since the Third World War. Radiation levels have dropped. Humans are no longer the only sentient life on Earth. Other Races have risen. It is time once again to begin building civilization, time to start forming Empires and advancing culture and knowledge. You are a leader among your people and they have chosen you to lead them to become the greatest empire on Earth. Use your charisma to form relations with other Empires. Use your cunning to destroy your enemies. Make your people proud!

i've never played a game like this, and WW4 was a great one to get me into it. I have found that i'm constantly hopping online just to check my empire's status. It's a great game and so worth a try!!
